Gamespot: Now Playing Kinect

Here is a video showing over an hour of footage of Microsoft's new add-on peripheral for the Xbox 360. Microsoft Kinect is a camera that scans you're body, and can play games and navigate the Xbox 360 via body gestures. Dance Central, a dancing rhythm game was the most interesting of the titles shown in this video, however you can see gameplay from games such as Kinect Adventures, Kinectimals, and a Fitness Center game developed by Ubisoft. Personally, I would save that $150 dollars at the moment because their is hardly anything in Kinect's launch lineup that would appeal to a core gamer. Kinect itself seems good at what is does, and the rseponse time is good, but there is no driving force that makes me really want to buy Kinect.
