Killzone 2 was a great game with great graphics and a very solid multiplayer. The sad thing was that the multiplayer felt sluggish and the game didn't control well. It is one of those games that rests on the shelf and collects dust, despite being a well produced game. With better controls, we continue to play games like Halo and Call of Duty, but Guerrilla Games studio is about to change all of that. For those that have been very lucky or Playstation Plus Subscribers, they get to play the Killzone 3 beta. Killzone 3 itself will land in shelves next year in February. Check out this video giving you the basic lowdown on Killzone 3 multiplayer. One of my favorites about Killzone was that it had a multiplayer mode in which the objectives changed. One second you will be trying to land as many kills as possible, and another second you will be capturing and defending certain points, and another second you have an assassination target that needs to be eliminated. Yes, Killzone 2 had varied multiplayer, but it unfortunately never controlled well. Hopefully this all changes.
